Come for a week, a weekend or even longer. Experience firsthand God’s heart for you, the poor, and the lost in various urban and ethnic settings. While here on your urban missions trip week, you will have the opportunity to care for the poor and homeless with our Mobile Resource Center. Distribute food, clothes, hygiene kits, and life to the addicted, downtrodden, and hurting. With Prayer Stations, you will engage numerous people groups about important issues of life and faith, and pray for those who are searching and, at times, broken. In the children’s outreach we bring the love and light of Jesus, engaging in various activities. Our desire is to serve our community here in New York City through various means and ways and give your team a missions trip experience they will never forget. In the mornings we provide worship and training to prepare you for the day of ministry and at least one staff member will accompany your team to the ministry sites. We are flexible and able to accommodate your team’s strengths and passions.
After more than twenty years, Worship Warfare Week (WWW) is still bringing hope and joy to the parks of NYC. WWW is a time of intercession for the city, with prophetic and spontaneous songs flowing from live public worship on the streets. It’s an action-packed and rewarding week of fun, praise, worship, dramas and powerful interactions with many tribes, tongues, and nations as we declare among the peoples that the Lord reigns (Ps 96). Partnering with volunteers, churches and teams, we utilizes worship, drama, dance, personal testimonies, face-painting, and Prayer Stations to engage this great city with the powerful Gospel of Jesus. This missions trip is open to youth groups, families, college-age groups and individuals.

Looking for a winter break missions trip? Whether you're an individual looking to do more or youth groups looking to serve on a missions trip, join us in bringing in the New Year as we give out free hot chocolate, sing Christmas carols in Rockefeller Plaza, prayer walk around Times Square, and serve the homeless and poor through the Mobile Resource Center. Our NYE Outreach is packed with opportunities to share the love of Jesus to the many people who come to watch the ball drop. Many find more as we meet them and engage in conversation. We go to lovingly serve those who are cold, others who are searching and to share the good news of the King. A typical schedule looks like this: homeless outreach, Christmas caroling, prayer walking around Time Square and spending the afternoon and evening of New Year’s Eve offering prayer to the masses gathered in Times Square and around the city through Prayer Stations. Come join us for our New Year’s Eve Outreach! This trip is opened to individuals, youth group, college-students and adults. We look forward to hosting and facilitating your short term missions trip. Our next NYE Outreach: December 28th – Jan 1st
Women are finding freedom from prostitution. Bible studies now take place in the brothels. Men weep and repent of their unfaithfulness. Backslidden pastors and church leaders who find themselves on the run or in the streets are strengthened to follow Jesus once again. Lives are being changed; both those who go on the trip and those whom we serve.A very powerful work is going on in Brazil, which we ourselves simply marvel at. Its only explanation is GOD!
Since 1997, Street LIFE Ministries has facilitated a two-week global outreach, focusing on Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Music and drama are used to engage men and women at the bus stop, rehabs, favelas, center city, brothels, etc. in order to share the hope and grace found in Jesus. Whether addicted, homeless, living in prostitution, or simply longing for more in life, all are embraced and encouraged toward our great God. Local partners follow up with those we meet to connect them to healthy communities. You can reach those on the streets of Brazil too!
“At first I was quite apprehensive about taking my youth group to New York City for a mission trip. My fears were unfounded, however Street Life Ministries did a fabulous job of giving us a wonderful experience in safe and controlled settings. I had great expectations of what God might do in my kids lives if they were really challenged to step out of their comfort zones and to take a stand for the Lord. I was not disappointed!”
Bill Ackerman, NH
“This week has been very stretching and I’ve gained a lot that I will take with me for the rest of my life.”
Lexi Beachy, OH, age 17
“This week God did an amazing work in my life. I completely surrendered my life to Him and gave everything up for Him. I really praise Him for that because for so long, I had been just going through the motions but didn’t really have a genuine relationship. It’s a new beginning for me and I praise Him for that.”Chelsea Nette, IN age 20
